Ingredients properties:

Marine Collagen improves skin properties without risk of oxidative damage [1]. It is responsible for the maintenance, strength and flexibility of tendons, ligaments, cartilage, blood vessels and bones [2, 3]. The marine collagen is an important source of amino acids like: glycine, alanine, hydroxyproline and arginine, thus helping to rebuild the cells' type I and II collagen.
